Facebook and Twitter ruined the internet in so many ways, one of which is the idea that clicks and views = money. So you can have a pop culture website talk about something that's completely outside of its jurisdiction, or you can have the worst opinions that no one really thinks, but they both serve the same purpose.

He's still cartoonishly homophobic and misogynist. He's the Marilyn Manson of rap, except with far less self-awareness.

There are already numerous outlets that talk about politics and I can (and do) read, watch, or listen to them. Contrary to what Karl Rove once said, not everything is politics, and this site shouldn't be, because that's not what it's for. This is a pop culture site and I come here for news, reviews, and discussions

Oh god-fucking-dammit, this is going to be a regular column? This site needs to have less politics shoehorned into everything, not more, and certainly not actual political news. Between this and the faux-roundtables where everyone has the same opinion so it's the equivalent of an article with multiple authors, AV Club

I say to watch the first season because you get to know the characters, even if the plot is extremely scattershot. Nothing really new is introduced in the second season, and all you miss is Vera Farmiga hamming it up. The third season discards all of the vestigial plots and gets to the real meat.

The only movie she's been in where she played a significant role is Battleship, and since I was one of the many people who didn't watch that disaster of a movie, I can't comment about her acting skills. I will wait and see, and if nothing else she'll be fodder for Norman Bates, who is played by a really, really good

Watch the first season, skip the second entirely (seriously, nothing important happens), and go right to the third.

It really hits the ground running in the third season.

I like Satan from the criminally overlooked (and Emmy-nominated!) Adult Swim series Your Pretty Face Is Going To Hell. He's not a Satan that enjoys the torture of the damned and his employees. Forcing an underachieving employee to be a face in a urinal in Hell is strictly a business decision.

Loved that "Clam Smith Will Teach You Guitar" flyer in A Manhattan Diner. It's a reference to a real-life mysterious flyer in NYC that says "Dan Smith Will Teach You Guitar."

I've always been more of a collector than a battler as a Pokemon player, and my one gym battle lasted 15 seconds because I knew I was going to lose. I'm gonna fight in gyms when I'm ready and not a second later. Until then, I'm gonna do my best to catch 'em all and THEN fight.

All movies these days are either dirt cheap or cost the same amount of money as a small country's GDP. There's never a middle ground.

At best, it will make a very slight profit. Not being in the Chinese market will definitely hurt its quest to break even. And who knows if it used weird Hollywood accounting to ensure it would never make a profit even if it made more than what it cost to make in all markets combined.

If the Adult Swim preview is any indication, Baby Cakes is gonna be in this episode.

Donald Sutherland and James Cagney are acting legends, Phyllis Diller is a comedy legend, and David Hasselhoff helped bring down the Berlin Wall. I have no earthly idea who the hell the top three "famous" people are or why they are ranked higher than the people with actual careers.

Not pop culture, but I saw a dog fashion show and took lots of pictures of dressed-up dogs.

It also helps that MM2 had some design flaws. See: the wall robot boss fights in Dr. Wily Stage 4, Metal Blade

At least I'm being honest.

She doesn't rely entirely on being angry, unlike everyone else on political humor shows.

I hope Twitter doesn't last to see its 15th anniversary, or even its next one. It's become the internet's worst message board with moderation (or lack thereof) to match. You can last longer as an account affiliated with ISIS or as someone in the Middle East who reports gay people to the authorities than as someone who
