The fear of appearing uncivil is how the Republicans continue to check Schumer and Pelosi and they have got to be told by every Democrat and Progressive to step aside or change their ways.

I agree. I have a job interview for a job I really really want in a couple days and I woke up feeling anxious. Then I realized that it isn’t the interview, it is the fear that America will confirm that it is down with the evil, racist, world destroying plans of the Republican party.

I grew up in white suburbia and then later lived in rural white farmburbia and by and large the people I was around had never actually had any time with a black person who wasn’t a service person in a store, and frequently not even that.
