I’d like to know that as well, to me Front line workers , first responders and Long Term Care , 1st and then larger denser centers. I sort of understand the logic that small areas have less available beds if there is an outbreak but at the sametime the evidence shows that larger population centres are the heart of

I don’t think it’s the original programming they are referencing though. Prime is full of shockly garbage. Sure Netflix has junk on it too but generally more professional junk.

Thinking back, I remember when Lord of The Rings was announced around 98 maybe?, and I remember thinking there is no way they will be able to adapt these books with the amount of VFX it would require. I think we forget in this day and age where ever run of the mill movie has access to massive visual effects, just how

Missed opportunity was Dawson and Andie. They had one episode where they seemed to connect.

I think what The Stand really highlights is that CBS All access doesn’t have a strong creative team in place for content. Netflix, HBO and Disney and even Amazon all seem to have strong creative groups in place. The Stand should have been a solid big budget prestige series, the 1994 mini series had a decent script and

I think gimmicks like 3D and high frame rates won’t get audiences back, what will is the experience. More comfortable seating, food, and good quality movies. I would like to see more dinner and a movie style places pop up or drive-ins make a come back in the summer.

I haven’t seen the show, it’s not available in Canada yet, but I can’t understand the decision to use a flashback structure. The Stand was essentially structured as a modern day American Lord of the Rings. The journey was what was most intriguing about the story, I’m not sure about anyone else but the Boulder stuff in

I don’t know about anyone else, but the sitcom “gimmick” worked fantastic. It managed to actually feel like the early sitcoms without being a parody. I was actually genuinely interested in the sitcom nature even without the underlying mystery.

What is wrong with their faces.

I thought it was wearing a tan suit.

Can Biden do an executive order to strip the medal of freedom from people?

Do they have security cameras? or is that infringing on their rights?

On the House floor, Rep. Greg Steube (R-Fla.) blasted the metal detectors, calling them an “atrocity” and “appalling.”

I’m all for democracy but given the power of the job, there should be some sort of probation period, or minimum standards to be able to be elected to office.

For me The Island is a movie where the director was miscast.

How about the low res underwater sub scene. That looked like it belong in 320x240 video window on Sega CD.

I don’t think I could compare it to Top Gun. The Rock is at least a complete movie , with great action scenes. I didn’t see Top Gun until I was older and didn’t get the hype about it, it’s basically a more serious Police Academy , where the ending is a tacked on crappy mission.

I love the Rock, it’s Bay’s best film for sure, but the hummer chase editing is pure crap.

Why do Netflix original shows look cinematic but most of their movies have that digital cheap look.

Oh impeaching the president might divide the nation, but spreading misinformation about voter fraud, trying to cause an insurrection, well that’s just ok.
