It used to be the case where an artist would go on tour to sell records,. Nowadays it’s the exact opposite. An artist’s primary means to success is swag. Their artistic output is sadly irrelevant

IN FACT!  I have little doubt all these men on “redemption tours” will actually have a built in audience of people happy to support them to “make SJW heads explode, kek.”  There’s a segment that will see their actions as a selling point.

I agree, it should be up to those women. But what if some of these guys did talk to those women and make amends that satisfied those women.

Why don’t we ask the hundreds of women who were terrorized, humiliated, and lost years of career momentum and earning power? Whose relationships fell apart? Who never saw their harassers, and in some cases rapists, even have to directly apologize, let alone go to court?

No one is serving a life sentence. Bad things happen to good people. It’s not their fault, but at a certain point it does become their problem. It is one thing to have been victimized, it is another entirely to nullify your entire life by becoming the forever victim.

This just shows how cancerous and male-identified female socialization is.

Don’t feel like a fool for believing in someone.  That’s a good trait to have.  If you were wrong, and a lot of us were, oh well.  Pick up and carry on being a little wiser.  You were disappointed because they were a disappointment, not because you didn’t immediately assume the worst about a person.

Definitely escalated, although I assume it was because he tried to get her out of the car or restrain her with cuffs. If he’s acting undercover then any action he took to restrain her would have been potentially sudden and she already had plenty of reasons to be jumpy.
