No, but they’re related. If I’m craving something, it’s because I’m hungry. I’m never craving anything after I eat a big meal because I’m full and satisfied. If you’re “eating around” something, and you can’t quit eating, I feel like that’s signs of a food addiction. In fact, the second link you posted is literally

I’m sure almost everyone experiences food cravings. I experience food cravings too, that’s not what I mean.

Curse me for being curious about other people. Someone says something about themselves that I’ve never heard before and I ask questions about it.

I’m not trying to give you advice, I was legitimately confused on what you were doing. Staring at myself in the mirror and smiling seems like a strange activity, as does drinking a celery smoothie. Cucumber has a bit more flavor if you ask me.

I dunno, that seems so backwards to me and like an issue with food relationships. I’ve never seen anyone else have it “that way.”

But why are you eating other things to avoid it? Wouldn’t you just get full? Sometimes I want cake, and instead I get yogurt because I know it’s the better option. The yogurt fills me up and now I’m not hungry anymore.

You don’t need pop tarts to keep from feeling exhausted and sick. If one does, it’s possibly due to addiction. My boss recently stopped drinking Mountain Dew because he drank seven(!) per day and his doctor (and the rest of us) told him how bad it was for him. The first few days after he stopped he felt like total

But why does it have to be like that? This only shows that it’s the willpower of the eater that is in need of help, not the foods.

There is definitely food that doesn’t help your body as much as other foods do, which does make it worse.

That’s a myth that I’m getting tired of hearing. Reducing calories to an extreme amount will fuck with your body, but dipping from 3,000 to 2,500 calories a day, for example, isn’t going to cause your body to “fight back.”

Depends on willpower and current status, but it can take a while depending on how bad the habits are. If you drink 8 sodas a day, and eat 8000 calories a day, the lifestyle change is more drastic, so obviously there are more incremental steps that need to be taken.

Hadn’t thought of it that way

Oh man I’d be so happy. Bathe me in that chili.

You’ll find it boring, at least at first. It’s got a really slow start to it. Once you hit the strip though, the game takes a pretty magnificent turn in two ways.

I guessed orange and right away it made me look like an IDIOT. Jokes on me for choosing one at the back of the gate.

Calories has everything to do with it.

How is calorie counting inaccurate? The only time I’ve seen it fail is when my friend was grossly underestimating his daily intake.

Calorie counting isn’t a fad, it’s literal physics.

Some REALLY do.

Cheer up friend. Nobody cares.
