DC Animation gave us updates to Adam West’s Batman.
Maybe, they’ll be willing to do this book and Batman ‘89. Maybe they’ll take X-Men ‘97 as inspiration to do it.
PLEASE!?!

While I would have preferred a black and white animated film, I’ll take it! This is great news!

I actually liked Velma. I would like Scooby to actually show up though.

My only disappointment is that Goddard is also directing, meaning that he will spend that much longer before making something new or original.

RAD! RAD! RAD!

But... we’re getting a Ventress / Omega buddy cop style show after this, right? RIGHT?!?

I don’t know if I like it or not, but I appreciate it.

io9 didn’t used to have this kind of fanboy. I guess a few of them migrated here after the fall of aicn.

She’s awesome. I don’t read comics (too hard to keep up), but Silver Surfer has been a woman in comics right? I don’t really care but I’m curious.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE that this is announced on the same day that the sexist dude was denied those seats on the Disney board. I bet he drinks himself to sleep tonight.

I haven’t read the comic in a long long time so I can’t speak to your argument. That being said, it seems a lot like Lockwood & Co. but the dialogue feels better.*

I didn’t see death, between the tiny viewer and my ADHD making me scroll (while the trailer played) to the comments below.

*That show was SOOOO close to

Cobain made cardigans cool, so I’m down.

It’s been since Sandman released, for me, and I’m watching this on a tiny screen. What’s the crossover in the trailer?

This looks like it will reach the potential that Lockwood and Co. came close to.

Also... I’m old aren’t I? Welcome to the Black Parade is classic rock now, isn’t it?

I believe those kinds of sequels exist, but like you, I’m having difficulty coming up with one. I agree that Jurassic Park / World is the closest.

Fingers crossed for whatever the 7th movie in that franchise becomes.

I know the knee-jerk reaction is to hate this. BUT Goddard is awesome and this could be great from him.

Also, Resurrections was STRANGE but I really appreciate that film.

EDITTING to add, Goddard was heavily involved in The Good Place and he made Cabin in the Woods. When you strip away the facade of each of those, they

Lifelong Star Wars fan who is just now getting into Trek.
Anything with more Yeoh is a good thing. Wish she’d do SW.

That’s, almost verbatim, what my son said. (He’s 19).

I’ve gotta admit. I kinda forgot that happened until you mentioned it. Yeah. That was a bit much too and I’m a little happy I didn’t go out of my way for it either.

Again, though, we all have something that’s completely ridiculous that we like and I hope that everyone who goes to see this movie, loves it. I hope they

I was kind of excited for this and actually avoided the new trailer, until it played before Ghostbusters, this weekend. IDK... I kind of think they took the level of ridiculousness too far, now that I’ve seen the trailer. I watch it on streaming but I’m not going out of my way for it.

FWIW... it’s the glove that they

I don’t necessarily need Sri Racha right now, but I appreciate the link because some of their other sauces look pretty good! Thank you!

Ever since Walmart rolled out those $1.00 hot sauce samples, I’ve found a number of Huy Fong replacements.
I don’t mind keeping a bottle of Huy Fong in my fridge, but it’s not the desperate situation it used to be.
