So is it just me or are they setting up a spin-off for The Bad Batch. Either a.) The Bad Batch didn’t get the Order 66 chip, with Palps thinking 5 clones should be no big deal and the spin-off happens post-RotS   or b.) takes place between any of the seasons. Could be a show, mini-series, comic book, or novel, but I Read more

Granted I didn’t see that coming, AT ALL... it makes sense. He’s supportive because of what he went through with Satine. Filoni continues to make Lucas’ work better.

It’s following the pattern of the previous 5 seasons, in that it is better than the season before it. JEEZ! I am blown away by this season so far!

What is the worst thing about you not getting it is that when you do get it, you have to wait week-to-week. They’re really not doing much to curb piracy on D+.

True. But since I can’t wrap my head around how to animate, I have respect for even the worst of animators, is what I was trying to say.

This looks about as good as Monster vs. Aliens to me. That’s not a good thing, but not a terrible thing either.

Even animators that go directly to the bargain bin at Walmart are vastly more talented than me, so I have a hard time criticizing animation, but I would agree that this looks like Dreamworks circa 2007.

YES! You’ve got it! I agree and even though Raiders is far and away my favorite, people act as if it is a flawless film. Same goes for Empire Strikes Back. I DO believe both of them to be better than what came after, but not flawless nor untouchable. Subsequent entries in both series still had a lot to love.

Maybe you see different things than I do on the internet, but usually when I see an article about Indiana Jones, it’s a picture of the bridge scene that’s accompanying the article.

The boulder scene is the reason I used the word, “arguably.”

And the bridge scene is arguably the most iconic scene in the entire franchise. Sure the movie isn’t perfect but it was incredibly enjoyable.

I LOVE Temple of Doom. I love that it changed the formula and structure of Raiders so I’m going to disagree with you there.
RE Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I hated it when it came out. But a few years ago I was working on my computer and had the TV on when the movie came on. I was too lazy to change the channel and Read more

Good to know. I’ll have to go back and watch that. I’ve been meaning to anyway.

I haven’t seen either in about 10 years but if I remember correctly they were SO different and SO similar at the same time.

I don’t read enough comics. Did Phantasm ever show up outside of this story?

I scrolled down looking for the obvious Richard Gere comment, but I came across your weird-ass (pun intended) story instead.

I can’t speak for the other two but I enjoyed it. Maybe it will be retitled Jurassic Park: The Beginning.

You and me. I even hope for the best in franchises I dislike. Sure. I’m not going to go see any Fast nor Furious movies, but I hope this new one gives fans what they want.

I agree with your sentiment entirely, but I still kinda want to see his Sith god thing.

I know it’s going to suck but I also know I’m going to enjoy it. I enjoyed Jurassic Park III and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, so I think I’m immune to not liking these movies.
