Something Stephen King-related had an unsatisfactory ending? I won't hear of it!

You'll see something nasty in the woodshed. And the bar and the church and the inn and the forest and the police station and the….

I can't argue against the reviewer about much of anything said about Harper's Island, but goddamn, I loved it. I absolutely agree that it snaps into its best self once the first "public" murder happens. It amazed me that I actually wound up caring about characters who were initially presented as cannon fodder.

I say that out of context ALL THE TIME. That and "Is it a kind of hairspray?"

Yes….him.

Unsurprisingly, Russ doesn’t seem to be that competent of a manger.

I loved how Hitchcock and Scully sprang up at the sound of distress, and then immediately sat back down.
