So if there is an issue with the initial letter that Barr sent not representing Mueller’s findings, wouldn’t that have been cleared up after the release of the redacted Mueller report? Mueller’s letter occurred in between those two events.

I believe WaPo’s article says the initial letter (Barr’s) was sent on March 24th, then the second letter (Mueller’s) was sent on March 27th.
