Why do Canadian trucks not get a warranty? It was built in the USA.

Sadly, medical devices are often not covered under our provincial health plans. Nor are the costs associated with travelling to larger cities for specialized care, like hotels, meals, and parking. Parking at a hospital can run around $12/day here in Winnipeg, I imagine it’s the same if not more in Calgary. :\
