Private companies have every right to fire anyone they want.  And we have a right (maybe even a responsibility) to very loudly criticize their decision.

Jeffrey Tambor probably didn’t sexually assault anyone, but I’d guess you believe he did and are therefore comparing dumb jokes to sexual assault which is a bit insulting to sexual assault victims - almost as insulting as people like you implying that sexual assault victims can’t tell dumb jokes from reality.

I have not heard a single actual victim of abuse claim they were traumatized by his jokes. Only people speaking for them.
