Hummus is a great choice. I love hummus as not just a dip/topping but an actual starring component of a sandwich.

Hummus is a good filler for a veggie sandwich too; add a cuke, a cado, a tato, maybe some lettuce and onions (carmelized if you got ‘em, raw red works) and you’re good.

Did you know that Bernie Sanders is a superdelegate (but not Hillary, although her husband is)? And apparently he’s on record as supporting himself even though he’s behind in the popular vote right now. Pretty undemocratic, if you ask me.
