I might be wrong, but wasn’t Qui’s “meditation” scene there because he was trying to gain control and open the force field door?

I am thinking anime’s post is trolling us. The prequels were the worst three Star Wars movies, and Phantom was probably the worst of the prequels. I would have said definitely the worst, but the Darth Maul fight scene is almost makes it worthwhile and leaves some room for debate. But yeah, Jake Lloyd and Jar Jar are

Agreed on the class factor, and that I’ll miss him, but technically speaking, Fast and Furious was a scandal associated with the Obama Administration.

But objectively, what do you think of the lawyer’s argument/theory that the companies here are profiting from the juxtaposition of advertisements with ISIS content, thus exposing themselves to liability by their effectively creating “new” content?

I’m sure your in-laws just LOVED being lectured by you on how they should have voted.

Although in this case, wouldn’t transport of hazardous materials such as oil fall under strict liability? So wouldn’t claiming that a spill is an “accident” be legally irrelevant?

My opinion here (disclaimer: I’m a guy). I don’t think he was being paternalistic, but rather cautious. I think the point was either he was not sure about the safety of the home that you would be visiting, or the safety of the general neighborhood (perhaps the time of day of your visit was a consideration as well). I

Executrix.

I don’t know much about your college’s policy and procedure, but if this student tweeted demonstrably false information about you and your class, wouldn’t that violate some sort of code of conduct that the school’s students are held to? Honestly, what that student did in my opinion is as bad as plagiarism (if not

Seriously, I was pleasantly surprised they weren’t so boneheaded as to post something that might qualify as child porn. I would have asked Gabrielle if they were begging Charles Harder to do a number on Univision, as a followup performance to the Gawker trial.

I dunno about that. A lawsuit can be dismissed for lack of standing, and the Trump’s argument that Stein lacks standing because she did not suffer an “injury in fact” seems reasonable on its face.

If they can prove that Barron is not a public figure, then yes, that is the legal standard. But since he’s arguably forced into the public light, and is also a child no less, then the the legal standard would be higher.

Objectively speaking though, she was a bad candidate. Democrats realized that unfortunately after losing the White House.

“She would’ve made a great president.” Do you really believe that, Megan?

Don’t blame the voters. Blame the Democratic Party who nominated a shit candidate with a poorly run campaign.

Now playing

You want to know why Clinton lost? Watch this:

You don’t have to go into any details, what are you so afraid of that is making you think you would like to uproot yourself and move? Because if you simply go with racists are emboldened by Trump, it seems like you would have the same problem (i.e., living among racists) before the election, and regardless of who won.

No doubt, she’ll need to throw herself into the work of the Clinton Foundation. They’ll need every lawyer possible to prepare for the FBI investigations on the horizon.

I will see your “parent stayed home after Comey letter” and raise you with my parent who voted for Trump because the Comey letter was merely a brick in the wall that was decades in the building (Travelgate, the Clinton Foundation, Honduras, etc.). The Dems ran a shit candidate.

She did, however, spend a lot on ads in PA, and a lot of them were negative. I imagine that did not help her.
