The cops have definitely cracked down on them in the past month. Early this summer was pretty bad - intersections shut down, running red lights, nearly running down pedestrians. I don’t think anyone in Harlem enjoys this other than the riders themselves.

I live on a street with an odd arrangement of driveways, hydrants, etc. and neighbors who park dumb. Every time I can’t find a spot there’s at least one perfect smart car spot.
