It is there, but it's an afterthought, even more in GT6 than GT5. I had the same "why no wrx?" reaction, but it would have just highlighted how weak the non-paved courses/physics are.

Woke up today and it was still dark out, had to rub the grit out of my headlights and creaked out of the garage. Drained some fluid and brushed dried mosquitoes and pollen off my grill. It did take me quite a while to get up to temp this morning, and I haven't yet had a cup of starter fluid. It's tough getting old.
