I believe they say in the video that the first gen NSX was “affordable.” To whom? I recall them being about $70,000, back in 1993 (though that might have been the targa version). According to an online inflation calculator, that would be $124,000 today. Back in 1993, you could get a reasonably sporty truly affordable…
And the options on a Ferrari are plentiful, and the dealers really push you to spec $50k-$100k worth of crap, and if you don’t keep them happy you don’t get an allocation.
