A wee taste? EWWW

One of the big reasons I hate the TSA’s Instagram is how they constantly show quart-sized baggies full to bursting with mini liquor bottles and caption it like “YES, you can take this through TSA!” and not a single goddamn mention that it’s kind of a pretty big no-no to drink from those bottles either on your flight

Well then tell me how do you cut a person in 8 equal parts? Huh? Didn’t think so.

Well in their defense you do sound like an asshole.

Nothing could be more American than refusing to do something that benefits other people.

Most people do, actually.

According to this, they actually do.

I’m particular to Kroger’s own brand:

Nah, they are a Gen-Xer, so they will be mildly passive-aggressive and then angry about it for days.

I agree with the bakery thing in New England, but as someone from Philadelphia who is in a relationship with a woman from New England, I visit frequently and while it’s lovely, the lack of decent bread is a real problem. I’ve taken to travelling there with a few loaves of Aversa’s bread and a dozen rolls.

THIS. When I eventually move back to the west coast, I will miss this. Best grapefruit sparking water hands down out of any brand I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried every one I could get my hands on), and their seasonal flavors are fun, even if all of them aren’t winners.

I order Polar seltzer for my office, from Staples.

Polar is indeed king of all seltzers. My personal favorite flavor is Cucumber Melon, which is only available in the summer. Pomegranate is a close second.

I mean, I came down here to say that New England will revolt again in the second great Civil War to avenge the travesty of this oversight...

All the flavors I tried were fantastic, but I especially loved the blueberry lemonade. I found one bottle of it shoved to the back of my pantry the other day and rejoiced.

Orange Juice + Orange Vanilla Polar = Forged Julius, the Orange Julius knockoff.

Added benefit to Polar is that its empty bottles make good hiking water bottles.

We had it for a glorious year here in Eastern Ohio.  Now I have to snag it on road trips to Pittsburgh or Cleveland.  Besides the Lime Seltzer, I miss their Bitter Lemon, which I would drink by the gallon.

I’m a huge fan of their Lime, Cranberry-Lime, and Georgia Peach (I wish the peach came in cans!) but their limited run of Tangerine-Limeade they had a 3 or so years ago was literally the best seltzer I’ve ever tasted, and nothing else comes close.
