In the other scenarios, the other people didn’t want to die. You could say this guy didn’t want to die, but he was the one performing the action.

So when someone drives drunk and kills someone, you think they didn’t understand that was a possibility when they got in the car? Because thats manslaughter, not murder.

I don’t think what she did is that much worse than killing someone drunk driving in that I don’t think she really understood what she was doing at her age.
