Why are you assuming non-voters would have voted Clinton? That is totally irrational. You have no reason to assume that. They might have voted Trump. After all, if they are simply too lazy to do their civic duty and vote, what makes you think they would educate themselves about policy and practice?

I’d use it as leverage to borrow 1,000 dollars from the federal reserve at 1%, and then lend that money out to taxpayers around 4-6%
