Not to mention that first model years is always risky, mechanically... Especially with Ford.

Hell, ours never actually get reset to the time change, AND they run while school isn't in session, either.
Wouldn't that be handled through the DMV?
Like most motor vehicle regulations, the rules on blinker usage vary from state to state.
I've been mentioning this game for a long time. It really is quite fun and relaxing. My favorite parts are like complaints about "rattling coming from front end" which after tearing down the entire engine and suspension turns out to be the airbox mount. Or how every car that doesn't start has a bad fuel pump.
Meh, I just close my eyes really tight whenever I pull on anything. It mostly works. Sometimes I still have to wipe off my glass eye. Or my other glass eye.
I'm not sure if your method of car repair is even legal in my state!
God save us from wrenches with a slightly loose socket post. Have been down that road. It’s always fun when you gesture at a part with it only to hear “clang! Tink tink tink” in a dark corner somewhere.
Isn’t that what the 1 inch drive impact is for???
You really underestimate the devastation that a poorly setup VR space can cause.
“amateur butcher shop", is this code for the shed your redneck buddy dresses deer in or code for the secluded spot your serial killer friend murders the homeless?
“but I think I speak for everyone when I say that I... “
I'm just happy they all actually look different. Seems like Sport on an SUV usually just means "the exact same thing as the 2 door, but only 2wd or with a slightly larger engine"
Arguably, that's about the only reasonable metric in a road car these days anyway. With the prevalence of traffic and cops (at least in the US), having performance geared towards acceleration and handling is more reliably fun that having a 230 mph top speed.
“mazdaspeed" is like sti, svt, srt, etc. It's not just slapping a turbo on something. It's an in-house performance shop. Sadly, too many Japanese automakers have ditched their performance lines or simply gutted them to the point of barely existing. And then Mitsubishi wonders why no one pays any attention to them…
20k for someone else’s project... Not a chance. I don’t even hate the idea of an ls swap in it. If I’m going to get something like that, though, I’d much rather handle it myself.
I'd happily buy three of last week's f150 before I even considered this pos. Hell, I'd rather pay the 17k for last week's f150 than spend it on this. I'll stop shy of saying I'd spend 17k on the f150 before spending its 6k price on this though.
140k miles are basically the breaking in period for that engine. Those thing will easily hit double that, and can comfortably quadruple it with good maintenance. 4x4 and extended bed mean it's ready to handle just about anything. It's a pickup truck for people who need a pickup truck and not a luxury suv with…
A) I’m pretty sure everyone know this by now, but rare doesn’t equal valuable.
You know how all those vitamins and supplements say boost immune system*?
