I appreciate the vote of entertainment confidence, Biff!  I do realize that lightning is not a simple thing, I'm mainly going off my own close encounters (that semi, a go kart track strike where everyone in the infield felt their hair stand up a couple seconds before a PA pole got struck).  I am willing to accept

I mean, I know how it sounds, but I can’t be the only one that doesn’t see an on field lightning strike.  I tried, I did.  I didn't want to sit here convinced something ain't right with that vid.

1) Riggle is pretty good on Holey Moley.

Bet the Vikes would right now if all their wasnt tied up in their last bungle.

What do you expect from this human garbage pail.  He should've been bounced on his ass out of the league 10 years ago.  The real crime is that Sean Payton didn't have him taken out back and put down when he got caught the first time.

I don't know why, but this all seems incredibly fake.

The weird thing is, you see a flash, then hear thunder seconds later.  Shouldn't the crack happen instantly that close? And shouldn't everyone else have reacted strongly in the moment?  I remember being in Georgia when lightning hit a semi a quarter mile up the road, and even in the car it was like a bomb going off

I. E. NFL Honor the Refs Day

Honestly, my only takeaway from this week of utter bullshit is that the refs are now fully in charge of who wins and loses, and the calls are largely being made to tighten games they want to be nailbiters and widen up games they want to look like stomping.  Players can't even fucking move without drawing a penalty

Sadly, the focus on dead end battery-only electric vehicles has really held back hydrogen, which is a far more likely successor to ICEs.  While the current EV push has helped develop battery tech that improves the hydrogen car, the cult of personality surrounding the EVs is kinda screwing development that would help

Looks more like fuschia than purple, honestly.  Not a bad color, but not exactly Plum Crazy, either.

So THAT'S how you make a Matrix less ugly

The only way this gets better is if Peterson gets filmed wailing on someone else’s kid’s backside because they dropped an ice cream cone on him and gets suspended for 5 games.

You totally forgot to mention the rain delay and the many minutes of only having aerial cams available because fox cares more about its camera men getting electrocuted than the nfl does during a lightning storm.  Especially given that cam probably counts as a lightning rod when standing in 100 yards of open turf.  I

Well, that's the real secret, isn't it?  Every place generally sucks to live in... Just in different ways.

I am willing to bet that just one model year of (insert anything from camry to civic to possibly even a damn prius) puts out more pollution than every current model of Ferrari in a given model year.  Not in theoretical pollution, but real, actual pollution.  Half the Ferraris out there mostly just sit in garages for

I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again... These things were godawful when they were introduced, and they're still godawful.  Also, it's Asheville, which may possibly be the most salted pavement in all of NC.

Isn't that technically turning it into a corvette replica then?

While this is the only acceptable use of a post emissions 1970s vette, and side pipes are always welcome... It's still a replica for 25k.  Nope.

So what's the crash test safety rating on a 15 inch radial (?)?
