Seems pretty obvious that whoever (or whatever) was updating the screen simply hear "thirteen" as thirty and "seventeen" as seventy.  Pretty common auditory mistake.

I disagree, I think the best nfs games have been the ones with storylines and cheesy ass acting.  The only problem is when they get it TOO heavy handed.  The original most wanted was basically perfect as far as nfs games went.  Burnout was always superior for the no-storyline arcade racer.

A waiver cannot necessarily waive anything that's written down on it, even if signed by both parties.  This may be a case of that.  Also, it would only protect them vs. AB himself coming after them.  Any other regulatory bodies would still be able to go after the NFL for allowing it.
