I don’t entirely disagree with Smith here. I share the opinion that mainland China is being a bunch of dicks and that the Hong Kong issue should have more attention. But Morey tweeting about it has actually backfired and somehow increased support for China and led to a whole lot of bootlicking.

Cooper was still given 12 years. That's a little different from dumping RichRod after 3 years, dumping Hoke after 4 and now debating dumping Harbaugh after 4.

He’s a good coach. They aren’t likely to find better. Michigan is an attractive job in some respects but it’s immense pressure. You can be 42-15 and still be considered a failure because you can’t beat an Urban Meyer team. OSU has recruiting advantages (Ohio has a larger population, closer to PA/NY for their big

I don't understand the pearl clutching about the pole dancers. They're literally more covered up than most cheerleaders. Pole dancing is a really cool artform and takes ridiculous core strength.

The Joy (of being) Formidable. As tennis balls go Whirring past:

Oh how quick we are to forget history. The Redskins already tried this, but humiliating head coach Jim Zorn didnt work. They took away all of his playcalling duties to try to shame him into quitting, and he didn’t.

I was assuming the entire joke of the article was "what's the only way to make replay more insufferable to talk about - maybe if someone wrote up a Philosophy Major sophomore year paper style treatise on the subject?"

I’m an Indians fan and it greatly excites me to see Ronny Rodriguez out there. I follow the team’s minor leaguers and Ronny was the classic “everything seems exciting for a SS. If only he had a bit more plate discipline..” type of prospect. I figured when he aged out of the system he was done for.

If New York is the only state paying, and also allows likenesses to be liscensed, you bet there’s going to suddenly be more talented players coming to Buffalo and Syracuse (admittedly this wouldnt be a high bar to clear for Buffalo). And as that effect becomes noted, and the teams start winning more, the effect will

So what are the chances that the station’s twitter account was “hacked” (and by that I mean someone guessed a password). Because that would make the most sense if they're turning over to law enforcement.

Say what you want about Fitzpatrick, you know if he was throwing that pass it would have been straight at Heath, he wouldnt have left Hurns to do anything but attempt a tackle.

I have no idea if any of this is true or if it's just your projections/fantasies but i believe it 100%

Is it too late in the life cycle for that particular meme to request Moncada's slip be turned into a Shooting Stars video?

I’m a Cavs fan and I have fond memories of Livingston. The Cavs brought him on late in the 2012-13 season, a year they won just 25 games and were mostly awful. He was brought in to help mentor the absolute headcases that the Cavs were trying to build as their young backcourt of the future- Kyrie and Dion Waiters. He

Boddy-Calhoun is 5'9, an undrafted corner who had already been cut by Jacksonville. You're right on the money. He did have starts the previous 2 years (where they were 1-31), but he's always been on a non guaranteed deals. Doing what coach asked likely got him into a better spot.

Pro/rel is absolutely terrible for parity and would make any non-major market team a permanent second class team. There’s a lot of reasons pro/rel won’t happen (Stadium capacity and owners being big ones), but the reason it shouldn’t happen is that baseball has enough problems with economic equality among teams when

I'm always pleasantly surprised to see no victim blaming in the comments. And I refuse to check the greys.

The thing is, these teams would exist with or without actual affiliation. It’s just that having MLB attached makes for stable paychecks all around and a steady wave of talent. But for the most part, the ballparks are all built for these smaller cities and people want to see baseball one way or another.

StatCorner has the following ratings on Mets catchers, and reminder that pitch framing is kind of a big deal:

Weird, because they definitely were passing the ball more until they went up 17-0. Not sure what game you were watching. Source:
