San Francisco GP?

Will passing be added to F1? That would help make it more interesting to Americans.

For as raw a talent that Gilles obviously was, that unharnessed ability didn’t lead to as many results as he should have had.

Frentzen was generally regarded as a champion in waiting when he burst on the scene. Jacques killed his reputation and relageted him to midfield status.

Yes and no. The cars of some eras were more dominant in their eras than others. Villeneuve was at Williams during peak Williams.

Jacques crushed his teammate and beat Michael, so I’m not sure how to think about this.

Ok, I will admit that jacques is always one for a salty soundbite, but he is living true to his principles. He’s a racer for as long as he can do it, even in a shit series.

This gets awfully close to a clickbaity headline for me.

Rosberg hits close to home for Villeneuve because they were both sons of better drivers (definitely in Villeneuve’s case, arguably in Rosberg’s) who won their World Championship by being in the dominant car of their era.

I’m not sure if what he said really qualifies as ‘criticizing’ Rosberg. This gets awfully close to a clickbaity headline for me. Alonso is a racer through and through, all he wants to do is race and compete for wins wherever he can. Rosberg is someone who just wanted to win a championship and when he did he walked

Yeah. That’s frustrating. Good for them for putting it out there, but F1's still going to be F1 about it. :/

I can modify my friends DeLorean so you can back to the good ole days.

Thanks for your input.

Really? Worse than Schumacher winning snoozefests for 5 straight years? Ok. A period of 8 years where 4 of the 8 WDC championships came down to the last race of the season is the worst ever...got it.

Now if they’ll just allow them to play on sites other than youtube, they’ll be golden.

Ugh. Jalop for life here, but, I’m sorry, this article was crap. It totally ignored the issue of redundancy, as pointed out by many others. Seems like a missed opportunity for a more balanced article.

This reminded me of the scientist that trained a frog to respond to loud noises by jumping. After he amputated the frog’s legs, it would no longer respond to loud noises, and therefore he concluded that frogs hear through their legs.

Right. If he wanted to prove those two cameras were the only ones being used, he could have covered just those two cameras and see if Autopilot did not function.

Agreed, just because the system still works with some cameras covered does not mean it’s not being used. There needs to be some more tests done:

Do you guys care at all about things like accuracy in the things you write? I mean we all know grammar means nothing to most of you but holy fuck you’re just making shit up now.
