I have never really understood the “take longer for maore AC games” arguement. They were usually developed by separate teams, so they were not being punched out yearly, it was a 2 year cycle. Like Call of Duty, IW does them and Sledgehammer does them, they alternate each year.

Crossplay? No thanks, I have always found the Playstaion community to be WAY less toxic than the online community on XB.

Hope they did not spend too much money on this study...

Correct, and 60fps is not needed at all in turn based rpg games.... so...... why does it matter if it is 30?

Why not?

I think what it comes down to though is the perception that just because your machine is better than a console, that it needs to be catered to.

For me it just comes down to a “Can’t you folks be happy?” scenario.

Reasonablility depends.

Because to most PC Elitists, if a game is not maxing out their system and making them question buying the bleeding edge new gfx card, then it is a steaming pile of shit.

And this is why PC gamers can’t have nice things....

*Sits idly wondering why Ninty fans get excited about games that came out in 2004 coming to their platform....*

It is a gaming console that just happens to have portability options. No one ever said it was a PC.

I never said I expected it to look like PS4 or XB1, but I sure as hell expect it to look better than the 6 year old original version running on 10 yr old tech.

It simply comes down to I expected better, as should all Nintendo fans.

I agree, but it is not out unreasonable to expect a better presentation for a game that is 6 years old, running parity to a console that is over 10 years old.

So it is unreasonable to expect that a console less than a year old, produce a better presentation for a 6 year old game running on a decade old tech.

And I do agree with that statement, and I am in no way looking for parity with the PS4 or Xb1, that is just silly, but one would expect a better presentation than some game that is 6 years old running on 11 year old hardware.

Agreed, but expecting to look better than a 11 year old console is not unreasonable in the least. Tech gets smaller and faster. That is the cycle, but Skyrim pushed the limits of the PS3 and 360 6 years into their life cycle. Skyrim is maxing out the hardware and we are not even 1 year in.

Damn, kinda gross that the games looks about equal to the PS3 and Xb360 on the Switch.

Rose colored glasses is why Zelda is better reviewed.
