This GM Dealership wasn’t Addison, was it?

It would appear as though the aircraft was not on fire until after the landing. Multiple videos show the aircraft landing hard, bouncing then landing hard a second time, with the tail collapsing and the aircraft bursting into flames.

The 2017 GMC Terrain I have as a rental right now has a touchscreen that takes 7-10 business days to respond to my input. Granted it does have physical buttons you can use to control it, but they’re poorly placed and almost recessed within the console, so they’re hard to find while you’re driving.

I had a 1998 Dodge Neon in high school (about 11 years ago). Yeah it was cheap, yeah it was falling apart, but it was tough as nails and reliable as hell. Admittedly I beat the ever living crap out of that car but it never let me down. I finally sold it for $500 at 400,000kms. I hold a soft spot in my heart for the

I grew up around people who are now in their 40s-50s complaining about how when they were younger they watched countless Chevelles, Novas, Trans Ams, Camaros, Mustangs, GTOs etc. get destroyed because they were worthless at the time.

This spoke to me on a damn near spiritual level. Just about every time I post anything on Rennlist one of the first responses is always “Oh, it’s an NA? LS swap it”

My old man had two Protege5s. I LOVED driving them, tight, crisp transmissions, tons of fun to chuck around, wicked in the snow, reliable as all hell and most importantly versatile. Sadly they rotted into nothing (in Canada anyways) the second they left the dealer.

Yep! Well, I live just outside Alliston.

‘84 944. Bought it 5 years ago not running from a kid. Spent 6 months day and night going through it, got it running, then drove it damn near every day for a year. Then one night the headlights stopped working. Found out the old ceramic fuse box was shorting out inside. Pulled it off the road, tried to fix the

I totally understand how most barn finds happen. I’ll use my story as an example:

It’s kinda funny, the Catera is so meh that people don’t even LS swap them all that often. And it’s a hell of a lot easier to dump an LS in one of these things than most cars. Heck, the platform is shared with the VT Holden Commodore and that actually came with an LS.

Stunningly, it still fired right up. Little car had the heart of a lion. It only became immobile because the CV axle ripped clean out of the trans.

I agree with the build quality on an Si being better. However it is way more fun in my experience than a standard run of the mill Si. The only two models of Si that are more fun are the EG and EP3.

Something about them just screams “I’m better than an Si, but I’ll never be worth as much. You might as well have some fun with me”.

As a former SE-R Spec V owner, can confirm.

The previous gen SE-R Spec V was a better looking car. I also once bought a 2003 SE-R Spec V for $250 so I could never justify spending more than $2k on one. In my opinion the earlier Spec V also handled better.

“That’s weird, never heard an engine turn over that fast”

Dodge Caliber. Awful to drive, awful to look at, terribly built. Around here cars like that are usually good for demolition derbies but, the Caliber had a CVT so it isn’t even useful for that.

I dunno, it’s the perfect basis for an LS swapped sleeper.

Not sure why but I feel like if any of them had a PPL, it’d be Torch. I’d go for a joy flight with Torch any day.
