I think baseball is merely middle aged, overpaid, overweight guys standng around for 4 hours is totally rubbish and shouldn't be considered a sport.

True, nobody is going to argue the fact that allows guys to throw faster....but has ZERO to do with technique.

There is no reason a female can't throw a fastball. It'll clock slower, but that will be the only difference.

Some players are always going to have a much greater awareness of body contact. Those players will be injured far less. You can be taught how to hit and how to take his but there is an element to physicality that can't be taught....sometimes you can either take a big hit and keep ticking or you can't.
