In Barsanti’s defence, a whole lot of Republicans have been referring to Graham-Cassidy as ‘repeal and replace’. I guess a better term would be ‘gut and leave bleeding to death by the side of the road’?

They want to. But the Koch brothers and legions of furious Trump supporters are determined to destroy Obama’s signature legislative achievement and are really turning the screws on the senate GOP. They have to keep trying, or at least look like they’re trying.
