Totally agree. I loved the grind of D1.

Destiny 2 has become way too casual. They took away random gun rolls, now there’s no need to grind for the perfect gun. Now, light level doesn’t matter in Iron Banner or Trials. Many of my friends are already bored with D2 and are moving on. Kind of sad

If you haven’t read up on it, evidently Bungie agrees with the points I’ve made. There won’t be matchmaking in the way people want. IMO, the route they are going is much better. While you may want to choose the way you play, ultimately Bungie knows that traditional matchmaking will cause more people to hate destiny

I literally just messaged people and asked to do a raid. Ended up making a lot of friends. FWIW, the matchmaking ISN’T going to be like strike matchmaking or general PVP matchmaking, its going to require that you put yourself out there. Based on what Bungie said, its clan based which IMO, for them, its a good

LOL... That’s why I want to play with friends. It looks like the “Matchmaking” will be more effort than just clicking “go” which IMO is a good thing.

Looks like the matchmaking is not as straightforward. Its called Guided games and they describe it as an IN Game LFG.

Yeah, I’ve used LFG a few times when I was chasing Praetorian Foil and no one wanted to do VOG before it came back. I had 1 decent experience and quite a few bad ones. People didn’t want to put their head sets on, people wouldn’t admit that they didn’t know what to do.. which would have been fine, I have no problem

It does nothing to me. I’m unaffected. I’m just pointing out that people who use it will not have a great experience. I know lots of people that gave up on Destiny because they got sick of people going AFK on strikes etc... Again, won’t affect me, but people who haven’t done raids are going to waste a lot of time.

I have friends that Play COD, and I have friends that play Destiny. Doing raids (IMO) is not fun running around wasting time. I want to get it done and get the loot. I played L4D a lot and I don’t think that game is anything like Destiny.

I won’t need to use it. I’m just making the point that I believe most people will end up frustrated with the game because they will end up with all the AFK’s and people that quit because they are not invested. I never understood why people can’t make friends.

It won’t affect me. But while in the short term, it will sell them more copies, in the long term, people will trash the game because they will get frustrated with AFK’s and people quitting.

Wow, aren’t you a nice guy, Fuck you bitch

Not going to make raids impossible, but they will suck. People don’t use voice chat. People go AFK. No way I would use matchmaking for a raid. I won’t even play COD zombies with randoms because you put in all the time only to have them quit.

Great, just what people need, to get matched with someone with social anxiety issues. Raids require communication and interaction as well as a time commitment. I’m glad I won’t need the matchmaking but it will ultimately suck for those that use it because it will be an endless activity. Just think of the AFK asses in

Here’s the problem... People are not willing to commit. People quit. Imagine how frustrating that is doing a raid, where you need a 1.5-3 hour commitment. COD Zombies are a great example. It SUCKS to play with randoms. I don’t buy the “too hard to make friends” argument, I have tons of friends because of Destiny

Day 1 player, loved the game. Destiny is not a single player game. I have met 8-10 of the coolest people that I play with several times a week because of Destiny. The storytelling was not an issue for me. The game play is top notch and again, the story is what you make with your friends

I disagree, its going cause problems. Playing with randoms sucks. People aren’t willing to put any effort into finding friends aren’t going to put any effort into communication in raids and people are going to hate it in the long run.

What I hate is that they always focus on the campaign, like anyone actually plays CoD campaign...

Throwing the “Clinton’s” out there is kind of lame. The problem isn’t just Trump or the Clinton’s. It’s the 2 party system. The rich and the not rich. Why are the ultra rich making the laws and clearly they make laws that benefit themselves.

The problem is that the tax codes should not be legal. Our democracy was not intended for politicians to be rich. Lets face it, to be a politician, you pretty much have to be rich. They get richer from big business lobby and they make what benefits them legal. I can’t see our founding fathers being happy about where
