Seconded

There were many many beautiful places there, but I think one of the best days of my life was the day I went glacier hiking on the south island. Rotorua was pretty wild too.

I’ve also been to Ireland, and it’s gorgeous, but it’s still no NZ ;) The Norcal coastline is also amazing, but again, it's no NZ.

That's adorable! I have no information about kids makeup unfortunately.

I'm glad your ticker is not worrying! I hope that your symptoms stay non-severe, but also that you get some answers about what the heck is causing them.

Thanks! And thanks for pulling it out of the greys!

I’m very suggestible, so I’m now in a bath with some nice smelling epsom salts and bath oil, a tea light, peppermint tea and my tablet in a baggie. It’s very, very relaxing. You had a very good idea!

I love Sleepytime! I should pick some up on the next expedition for groceries. I just made myself a nice pepermint tea- it’s the only herbal I enjoy with a little splash of milk.

It’s so fortunate she’s got good neighbours to help her and keep an eye out for her!

I loved Corner Gas. If it's available, you should try Little Mosque on the Prairie. I liked that show too.

I suggest a bath with candles, a book and a hot non-caffeinated drink (ginger tea, cocoa). I like to put my tablet in a big zippy bag so I can safely read my library ebooks in the bath, or very carefully read a paperback.

Narrator: She is not.

You voted! 🇺🇲

If you haven't shared these on Fur Face Friday over on Groupthink, you should.

I’m sorry you were disappointed again and had to postpone the move- again! I think you should definitely write a novel about it. You've got a lot of material and it would be a shame to waste it. I hope you're able to make a new plan on Monday!

I'm also teaching online as a special ed and resource teacher. It's a weird ride, and the work never ends, but I'm kind of enjoying it. I feel bad for the kids who are clearly desperate for social interaction, but covid is increasing in the in-person classes, so they're safer at home :(

That looks delightful, and I say that as a vegetarian. It’s sort of deconstructed lasagne. I should try it that because whenever I attempt lasagne it’s an expensive disaster.

Thank goodness you’re getting the treatment you need! Good luck on Monday. The US healthcare system is such bullshit.

My friend convinced me to visit her in NZ back when the LOTR movies were out, by telling me none of the landscapes were retouched. She was right. That trip has spoiled me for every other landscape, because I don't think I've seen anything to compete with it anywhere else.

Also not a praying person, but have started attending online services with the local unitarians. At the collective prayer/ holding-concerns-and-joys-in- our- hearts part of the service tomorrow, I’ll lift up your family and your son, if you’d like.
