I’m really allergic to Benadryl- before I realized that, I ingested the max dose . It’s very toxic to me, and I had some uncomfortable symptoms (hives, swelling face, ringing ears) but then I was fine. I think you’re fine, and even if you were a small child, you might have some symptoms, but then you’d be fine. :)

I work with a guy who is so awesome, the 11 y o girls in his class feel comfortable going to him if they need a maxi pad, and he feels comfortable asking his women colleagues if they have a pad for his student. He looks after his elderly mom, talks about his wife often and adopted a 9 year old dog with health problems…
