IMO I don’t think the studio should care about social reaction but more of financial outcome. Controversial stuff sometimes sells. If they really think it wouldn’t make good revenue, then it’s a smart business move.

Companies unfortunately like to file copyright on videos that are critical to their media productions or their methods. It’s publicity. People would rather have videos praising their cupcakes instead of videos mentioning how bland they are. Positive coverage means revenue. Negative coverage means loss of potential

It’s really strange to see game companies press a boot on game journalism. These embargos of embargos and blacklisting shenanigans feel like overkill. It’s nearly been a decade since a videogame company threatened to pull revenue away from a gaming website that gave a so-so review to a game.

I really want to know this Eggman Origin thing. It can’t be that bad.

Well babies aren’t convincing talkers.

Nitwits.

He won’t win. His crappy rollercoaster of financial management and his blowhard angry and “One obvious step solution” kind of mentality will fizzle in the spotlight long enough.

First time I heard of it! Will check it out!

Now would be the time to make Sealab in Minecraft. I haven’t played in years but I thought the idea of an underwater base would be dope.

That’s life for ya! It may be terrible, but it makes the money!

Videogame movies almost always turn out bad. If they aren’t horrifically inaccurate to the game, they’re accompanied with poor directing, pacing and acting. The only ones I felt dodged those bullets were the Phoenix Wright movie and the first Mortal Kombat movie.

I used to always say when it came to the debate of public breastfeeding: “If I were in a long line at the store, I’d rather see a bare breast and hear suckling instead of a shrieking baby all the way through.”

If there’s one thing I really want Scott to do in the near future, it’s either developer’s commentary or some kind of video or blog series about the development of the FNAF games. Like how he worked with graphic models. How he individually programmed the game so the animatronics don’t glitch into the void or kill the

The reasons the games don’t take very long is because he’s an expert in the Clickteam Fusion engine and can churn these out in mere months if he could. The FNAF series isn’t at all like AAA titles where he has to hire composers, several technicians and programmers as well as graphic designers. He does it all himself

The Crash Bandicoot 2 speedrun was pure cringe. Basically the streaming killed Crash repeatingly to shave time off in the game. He then decided to make jokes about killing everybody in the audience and stuff involving mass murder. The fact his tone and joke execution was extremely poor and he was doing it in front of

I think this can be said of a critic of any media, be it literature, movies or video games. Critics aren’t always going to be 100% for the public interest. If that were true, the later Transformer movies that were loathed by critics wouldn’t be making hundreds of millions of dollars. Critics and especially journalists

When men got problems with their dad and/or mom, their personal story is seen as a character building adventure over an obstacle course. When women get problems with their parents, they get made fun of for it.

The shooter made it about race. It was his intention to shoot black people as he has openly said. He didn’t just get mad at society and then decided to shoot the next building he walked into. The fucking gall that Fox New has to deflect something that has been showed in neon lights, red flags and screeching alarm

I would have went with ‘shit’. I think it would have been funnier for people to tell me to ‘eat shit’.

Claiming pioneer spot for Fallout 5’s announcement.
