You know how Jerry has a super hot, loving wife and 3 daughters who adore him? Yeah, don't feel too badly for him. He's fine and that's the whole point of the character.

Which was based on an Australia show. I loved Train 48. Dr. David… swoon.
Thank you! It wasn't jsut me. I never got the vitriol spewed at that show. A fun idea, charming cast and one that rewarded paying attention episode to episode.
*Jimmy Stewart cusses up a storm
That's how I understood it too. They aired it then on purpose because they knew parents would be around to talk.
I did and don't recommend it. I was lucky no one saw me. The tears on the non-costumed actors alone wrecked me.
Holt's reaction to why Amy was late was PERFECTION.
We still play that very Christmas at my parents' house. It was my absolute fave as a kid (I'd start playing it in September when toy catalogues came out).
Damn, this STILL makes me cry, even as a 37-year old. I remember seeing this as a kid when it originally aired and it still hits me the same way.
He is just a delight! I was extremely lucky to get to be on stage with him for some pre-show banter at one of the live Bang Bangs. Top 10 life moment for me easily. C+
Not even a nod to "Bones"?
Oh hell yes. My friend taught English in Paris for a year and loved telling me about the hilarious Anglicisms they adopt in every day use (we both went through French Immersion here in Ontario).
Because superficially that's what they DON'T have and she DOES have and vice versa (spots vs pointed ears). Everything else, at least on the outside, matches: 2 arms, 1 head, 10 toes, 10 fingers etc).
Nice.
Hobbes' "I've got 30-no, 35 cents." is both adorable and hilarious.
Health Acids is the greatest fake, still sounding vaguely nutritious, name ever.
I remember seeing it as a kid and thinking it was a masterpiece. I was just floored by it.
I pictured her looking like the Grandma from "Family Circus".
Yeah my brain has a weird reaction to even seeing pics of them. Totally hitting the childhood nostalgia love for them. It was a BIG deal when you got a new one of those.
Yeah, always seemed really cool to me.
