Her reaction was PRICELESS. Just a stunned "wow."

"Nathan pointedly notes that he saw people talking about Dumb Starbucks on a straight bodybuilding message board."

I watched that 3 or 4 times. I laughed so hard.

Awfulest

Oh he'll be back. Saw a special screening a few weeks ago. It's unbelievable.

I'd disagree slightly about Kassidy. I thought she was great, here, especially her goodbye with Ben and the moment she tells Jake what happened. I kinda wish it had been her and Jake on the Promenade, looking out the window together but I get why it's Kira.

Yeah, even before reading it (or even hearing about it) I never thought he'd commit suicide. I can see why someone might think it, it just never occurred to me. Interesting thought though.

I think with Ro though it was because Forbes didn't want to commit to a series, rather than royalties. I think they would have gladly paid out if they could have cast her.

It was that exactly.

They had some good moments, especially in the later seasons, but yeah nowhere near as good as Kira.

"Character" is a bit strong, no?

Never in a million years would that fly now. MAYBE on something like AMC, and even then she'd be an "anti-hero" trope.

Yes, it absolutely never felt forced. Unlike the obvious copying formula of ENT.

100% agreed! Nana was also the 1st Trek person I ever met in person. What a delightful human being. I even asked her a question at the Q&A (Whom from the cast would she have liked to have more scenes with? Her answer: Cirroc. She adored him.

Yeah this has its own special nostalgia for me. It aired after my 3rd year of university, and I was starting to get ready for the next year, working in residence). A fun time for me.

Love both (obvs) and AGT has a special place in my heart as they showed it on the Jumbotron here in the Skydome (over 33,000 attended!) but I've re-watched WYLB more often. For me it's the 'better' finale. AGT was good but the undone and less interesting future timeline detracts as does the "it was just a test"

Yes, it was easily the best anniversary ep the shows did.

Perfect delivery. I did love Wynn's turn at the final moment. A little too late but it did give Sisko the info he needed.

I didn't mind it not being addressed but a "We're ready to talk about you joining the Federation."

Supposedly the S6 blu-rays of TNG will include a "1st look at Deep Space Nine in blu-ray".
