Voters for the nominations can't watch every episode of every TV show to figure out who to nominate. So actors (or the producers, depending on how they want to do it) submit one episode for consideration.
Emilia Clarke had to have used "The Book of the Stranger" as her submission. The scene with the Dothraki khals is what she is nominated for.
Hoping she wins with Tina Fey for their SNL appearance, but it's still a travesty that she lost 6 times for Parks.
I think Krysten Ritter had a better shot than he did.
I would love Kirsten Dunst to win, but I don't think there's any way Sarah Paulson doesn't win for OJ
I was sad to see nothing for Jane Krakowski, or Carol Kane, or Tina Fey for her guest role (but at least she got it for SNL with Amy Poehler) but very happy that Ellie Kemper made it in this year. She absolutely deserves it.
At least she will get a nomination soon, because she is confirmed as the lead for S3 of Fargo
I'm very happy for Maisie Williams though.
I have to watch this movie just for her, because I love her so much.
The third one would have to be called Cube Cubed, right?
I will never not cry at the vending machine scene in the finale.
The Civil War in the United States was in the 1860s. We weren't the last ones to abolish slavery (and it still happens today, even if it's not legal) so I can accept that part.
I remembered Selenis Leyva from OITNB playing Montez's stand-in for a debate prep last season, but not Montez herself.
Don't forget also that Taystee got paroled, and came back because it was the only home she had. I definitely think she could have seen some of the show, even without the books and the library.
And Franco got nominated for an Oscar for playing him
You won't be disappointed!
He will get nominated, but it'll likely be for that other show that he does.
Martine's death was one of my favorites and one of the most satisfying of the series for me.
Thanks SRJ! See you in Westworld!
