Yep, definitely how Root would speak.
Yep, definitely how Root would speak.
it will also help that there is only one episode per week now, going forward.
Where RootTM gets revenge.
I believe they did say Bear is the only guaranteed survivor.
And even Game of Thrones wasn't getting nominated for a lot of things until it became super popular.
This was my only issue with the episode also. I get that she was protecting Finch, and she got her badass moment by driving a car with her heel while destroying a car with a giant gun and a scrunchie, but I wanted a bit more than getting sniped by Special Agent Lester Nygaard's Brother.
I see what you did there.
Yep, Samantha Groves.
Or, if RootTM asks Shaw "Would you like me to lie to you now?" also.
This is literally what I thought after all of the crying at the end of the episode.
Especially since this was written and filmed and edited and completed literally months ago.
For anyone's reference - the IGN interviews -
He did seem to very much love Bruce and Anthony/Scarface haha
Sadly they barely even get nominated for stunt effects. Based on what we have seen, this is what he should submit. I would say he is more likely to get a Saturn Award nomination than Emmy.
Especially because he screwed up.
I mentioned it up thread, but I think it's different to Harold because it was absolutely his fault they died, because he screwed up. They died saving him. Not someone innocent.
I think the key here is this - this time, it was unequivocally Finch's fault. It's his fault that Elias and Root died. He slipped. He messed up. He was the number. And Elias and Root died protecting him.
In terms of how this go, I expect this will be much closer to Dark Phoenix from X-Men than Dark Swan from OUaT.
I watched this about 7 times. Maybe the only part of this episode I will be able to re-watch. I have never had any issues with any of my favorite shows of re-watching episodes where characters die. Losing both Elias and Root… I don't know how much I can handle a re-watch of this one. I am too sad still.
And, since Shaw has repeatedly said Root was the one person who couldn't die in her simulations, maybe this wakes her up to the fact that this is now officially real life.
