That's my worst nightmare... it is stored in the garage, installing an alarm and kill switches soon. The green 4Runner behind it is my daily, someone decided to grant themselves entry through my back window. Parking lot, broad daylight. Some people really suck.

The jealousy thing is growing old. Not everyone aspires to drive a BMW, and those who think the world dreams of BMW ownership are in denial about their own faults.

I'm gonna post some cars, not sure about many parts

I'd go for a W126 coupe before a W140...

I feel the 1st gen Toyota 4Runner fits the bill too. My 87 turbo 5-speed 4x4 is a load of fun.

I love how rust doesn't exist here. I happened across a 1987 4Runner Turbo 2 years back, it was neglected and left for dead at a junkyard. 264k on the clock, I bought it for $900 to spare it from being crushed. Underneath the thing was spotless. The body completely rust free. I decided to keep it... less than 5k

I sure wish I had a 2JZ swapped 4Runner... let alone an FJ. This thing is sweet!

Long live the 4Runner!

Hell yeah, we used to have one until someone decided to kill it. Miss that thing.

I got one the other day for my 1987 4Runner Turbo. My truck hasn't had it's top on for months so even a little club will make it just a little more annoying to steal it outside of the store or wherever.

Roush built Chassis, Ford 4.6L and powertrain... what about it is Toyota based?

I saw that thing on the 5 freeway in Mission Viejo once. Camera vehicle is a 1999 Toyota 4Runner.

Looks like Brad Garrett driving Jerry Seinfeld's stolen Saab.

ROFL Probe. Funny thing is, my beater 89 Probe GT blew the doors off of my
old 2002 Mustang GT 4.6. Such an ugly car, but Mazda really had the edge with the 2.2 Turbo over the heavy 16V Ford 4.6 in the later Mustangs. Overall? Buy a Supra.

It was my first ever 1:18 diecast car... I missed mine too. I bought one off of eBay not too long ago so I could have it again.

Purely sentimental value.... I'd never want a real one.

Oh my god, seriously one of my favorite scenes from the Simpsons. Great post!

I'm actually going to agree with you on this one. I have an 89 Ford Probe GT, based on the Mazda MX6 GT. It's got a 2.2 Mazda engine and turbo, 5 speed manual trans... it's actually a pretty fun car to drive. Cops love to pull me over and people are rude on the roads.

I am actually a Toyota guy, I mainly drive my 2

I'm 22, born in 1991. I also hate the way our generation is portrayed today. I own 3 vehicles, all of a relatively older vintage - 1987 Toyota 4Runner Turbo, 1989 Ford Probe GT (Mazda engine/platform), and a 1999 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4WD. I prefer listening to Boston, Black Sabbath, or even 90's music like Alice in

Now there's a car I would buy! Love the W126. Used to own a 560SEL, thing was a rocket for being 4600lbs, 18 feet of german tank. It put a lot of other cars to shame with 317ft/lbs torque.

The coupe is a very nice car, would rather have had a coupe than the sedan.
