“Oh yeah, the Supra. Turns out, I really enjoyed driving it, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t make myself care that it’s more BMW than Toyota”

A true body on frame Old Toyota truck/SUV FTW! The 4Runner is also based on the LC Prado.

I see you’ve taken the Kevin Malone approach!

I’ll take mine with the M117 Gas V8!

Upper ball joints are pressed into the spindle. The ball joint stud fits into the upper control arm. I agree that the lowers are easier. I did both uppers and lowers and neither was difficult with the right tools.

Had to vote NP due to experience. My 99 4Runner has 250k, also supercharged. It has been the most

It’s Gore-Tex :D

NFS: HP2 has a killer first person view... young me spent many hours racing in a red 550 Barchetta enjoying the view from the interior. Time to bust out the PS2

Starred for the Kenny Bania reference :D

Many people say it’s played out, but who knows if they’ve ever actually owned one. There has never been another Toyota that has ever given me the same feeling as the MKIV Supra turbo.

I just found the info online about your experience... holy crap, what a terrible dealer/car! Did you feel the $12,500 compensation was suitable? Did you keep the car?

CA Plate # 4NML375 - 2000 JAGUAR XJ8

No need to troll, Toyota factory OEM part # 83242-JA810

Holy cow! I own both gens, this news is extremely welcome. I’m knee deep in restoring a 1994 Supra turbo (insta @jimharb) and so many parts have been discontinued! Dash panels, ODO bezel, door panels, mirror glass, A-pillar trim (pass side), knee panel under dash, TRD goodies like the 10k tachometer... etc etc... I

Wow! It’s quite an honor to think that you spent that much time! Seriously, thank you. Do you have a build thread I could check out?

Thanks man! Yes, you got it!

Dude! Great spy work there, you hit the nail on the head! It’s a 94 Supra turbo!

Hilux’s are plenty sweet, though!! 10/10 would own.

Thank you! Yes, all original paint and panels. The single stage coat has worn thin in a couple spots, so it’ll most likely get a respray in a few years, original red with new decals.

The MKIII is a sweet ride indeed, and what’s not to love about the ultra-80's white package?

The surgery patient is a 1994 Supra turbo,

Thanks Quentin! The 1st gen is awesome, but I always felt the 3rd gen is truly the quintessential 4Runner. Can’t just have one!

lol :D Good thing I like cherries. Thank you Andrew!
