But they keep loading enough ads that Chrome decides a bit into playing a video embedded in a comment that it doesn’t have the resources to load anything else, and “helpfully” removes the “ad” I WAS TRYING TO WATCH, DAMMIT! So…

I still wonder sometimes how the console wars would’ve played out if a disc drive had come out sooner and been more supported. There’s a world, I think, where the N64 is just better overall than the PS1, having the best of both formats; I guess the only question is if the cost would be competitive enough.

It’s always nice when they’re outspokenly inclusive, because then you don’t have to worry about that as much, and you can mostly focus on worrying if it’s gonna turn out they’re sex pests.

And as other people have commented already, the other side is... survival horror in the most literal sense.

Yeah, that was perhaps a bit dismissive. Especially considering the siren song of the free trial which goes up to level 60 and includes the critically-acclaimed first expansion Heavensward has snagged me, too. And I’ve basically never played MMOs before!

Oh, hey, Final Fantasy X released closer to Final Fantasy I than the present day! (Has since FFXV’s 2016 release, I guess.) And we’ve gotten... 5 numbers since. Two of which were MMOs.

I assume, like, 90% of people haven’t even gotten a chance to try proper VR! I’m not dishing out hundreds of dollars just to see if I like it or not.
