Literally - this is what some of my cramps feel like. I seriously think I’m taking a bullet. Keeled over for about 1-2 min and then again 10 min later for the next 24 hours.

Its true.. ive tried mimicking the heat pad with boiling water in a bottle and then i wrap the bottle with a towel. It does the trick but not as well as a heating pad.
