I just have to say, I work in e-commerce for a company that sells footwear. We get a lot of old timers looking for made in US/Canada stuff. My FAVORITE reason for this - and I've heard it many times - is that "THE CHINESE STUFF DOESN'T FIT BECAUSE THEY MAKE THE SHOES FOR LITTLE ASIAN FEET." Mull that over.

Damn, Camille. You are a damn beautiful woman who deserves better. Now go get it!

It just...sounds...like someone needs to wash his balls or he'd get nut cheese.

NUT CHEESE???!!!!!?????

I had this weird thought that went, If I were vegan would I have to stop biting my cuticles?

It's insane. I teach Attack, and it kicks my ass everytime. Plyo is actually my favorite. Cardio is crippling.

Our group fitness tends to still be mostly female, but GRIT, Pump, Combat, Attack and CX draw a fair number of men. Vive, Sh'bam and Step are still mostly women, although Step Athletic has brought some guys into it. I just love a room full of people sweating it out together! I'll be going to Flow training & can't

Gypsy is one of those terms that is more or less offensive depending on what country you're in. Like "cunt," but fraught with some ethnic tension.

It's okay, I love your state. My dad grew up in Freehold (Home of Bruuuuuuuuuuce!), and I grew up down the shore during the summer, and he had a lake house up north, too, and I love it. I miss it. Despite all the jokes, it's a great place with a lot of heart.

Yep. Don't really care how big my thighs are. They're big because I can jump high and run fast. Mmm. Plyometric work. People are often surprised that I have no idea what I weigh but the only numbers I am interested in are how many plyo lunges, pushups, tuck jumps, squat jumps I can do, how fast my high knee sprint is,

Yes! I love a side plank. Just want to hang out there. I teach Vive, Attack, and am Step certified, and take CXWorx and Grit. We're getting Flow in the spring and keep telling my classes - you WILL take it once a week. Five minutes stretching after Attack isn't even close to the repair your body actually needs.

Bodies react different to different exercise! It's so silly to say that it is so clearly broken down along gender lines. I say this to people all the time (I teach Les Mills group fitness classes) - find what works for your body. Not what works for someone else, what works for you, and gives you the results you want.

As a fellow women who bulks up very easily, any weight-bearing exercise/body weight training (like yoga) is excellent. Also, I use resistance tubes in lieu of weights and barbells now. Long, lean muslcles for me, because I bulk up so easily. I was not into the size 6 waist size 10 thigh dilemma.

I for one used to chew the hands and feet off my Barbies.

Graham Norton seems to bring out celeb's true colors. He has made me love many, unexpectedly, and loathe others, unexpectedly.

His toys are all made in China, of course, since US children don't sew as well...

Manufacutered in Buffalo. So while owned by DelMonte, not made in China.

My dog LOVES baby carrots. (Okay, there isn't much he doesn't love, but he is particularly fond of carrots, and I actually allow him to have them). He also really digs cucumbers.
