My cat loves any type of chips but especially cheesy ones. He actually tries to smack them out of my hand when I’m eating them. 

Doritos are magic, when I was a kid my cat would try to steal them from me and now my big ol german shepherd who usually turns her nose up at everything other than meat loves them on the rare occasion that they are around as well.

My dog and daughter’s dogs (when visiting) go CRAZY when I go to the Asian markets and bring home a bag of bonita flakes for dashi. Their eyes almost roll into the back of their heads as they sniff the bag. Leads me to justify all of my life choices.

Saw this last night at an early screening and…I don’t know. I feel like amidst all of the (nearly universal) critical praise, I keep seeing variations of “it works best if you don’t analyze it too much” alongside “this movie gives you so much to unpack,” often in the same review. Yeah, until I started homebrewing I didn’t realize how many different yeast strains their are. If you ever get a chance, go tour White Labs in San Diego. They have the same beer malt/hop profile with different yeasts so you can tell what the differences are.

Their IPAs are okay, the Deftones one is one of the better offerings. But the peanut butter milk stout is outstanding. 

I’m laughing at the idea of James Hetfield at Whole Foods taking a photo on the beer aisle and then texting it to his bandmates. “Holy shit! Metallica beer! That’s us!”

How do you call it “Enter Night” and have it not be a stout?  It practically brews itself.
