Star Brak: the Star Trek / Space Ghost crossover you didn’t know you needed.

“Then one morning I woke up and said, ‘Fuck hot dogs’. I renounce hot dogs, I will never put my mouth around a hot dog again. That’s how much ‘fuck hot dogs’. That was 17 years ago and I have never so much as licked a hot dog. And I love hot dogs.”

Counterpoint: I only did one of these because they give you hard science information on a number of tests I don’t know where I would have got otherwise, the “ancestry” part of it was just fun. The ancestry part can be scary, because you could conceivably find out your family isn’t who they thought they were, but

Huh, not a single mention of Rogue Dead Guy, eh? And one of the oddest—a flagship… maibock?

The Fresh Squeezed IPA is so, so very good.  But Black Butte is the flagship and for very good reason.  They perfected the Porter.  I’ve not had a better since I first tried a Black Butte at the perfect beer-drinking age of 19, 20 years ago now.  Fuck I felt old for a sec.

Protip: Buy a 12 of Celebration at the end of the season and stash it. I just cracked my ‘14s and they are goddamn DELIGHTFUL.

Or brewpubs could just be more dog-friendly, and kick out the annoying or poorly trained ones? This was from one of the places near me.

Love SN’s Celebration Ale - one I always look forward to.

Celebration Ale would get my vote as well.  It’s just a damn good beer that puts me in a good mood, without being particularly cloying or sweet.

Maybe James Gunn could direct it? At least that would kinda make sense.

It’s so heartening to see all the love for Cabin Boy and Get a Life in the comments (well in most of them). I also saw it opening weekend in an empty theatre and it would have been great if we’d all been able to be together in what would have been a half filled theatre to share the experience. Cabin Boy is absolutely

Ha! Nice. But does the real hero of the Spider-verse, Newspaper Spider-Man, also come into play?

Hi Spoiler. I did that account, and later the Skrull Stan version. Sadly those accounts didn’t survive the Kinjapocalypse. But I think it would only be appropriate for Skrull Stan to make one last appearance to make The Smilin’ One’s passing from this reality. So here goes:

Saw this last night. It was about a B for me, which makes it third-best in the series after the original (a masterpiece) and Halloween III (a movie that caught too much flack in its time for just not delivering on expectations, but it a fun - if completely insane - B-grade horror flick). It’s definitely better than
