When I was a child my parents got me a “designer dog” and can confirm, this dog does not look shit like his brothers or sisters or what he was “supposed” to look like. I feel like the best system would make room for that! I feel like it would make sense to have some employees take off Fridays or Mondays and for some to take off Wednesdays. That way, somebody is always in the office! 

I work 40 hours but 35 with a paid lunch and I feel so incredibly lucky just to have that time. I don’t mind working 5 days a week when I can actually DO THINGS during the week. I actually get to go to yoga as much as I want to haha!
