My Factory Five Cobra was brutal. The heat coming off the engine bay cooking my feet, the sun cooking my head, all while being poisoned by the side exhaust pipes just a couple feet from my head.
That car was not made to sit.

I’m a big fan of custom Japanese cars. I get the whole personalizing thing, and the making the car look more aggressive thing, and I’ve not nothing but respect for the guy who DIYs it, even if the car’s spray painted with a homemade wing. Hey, at least he tried.
So does “STANCE” just mean all things Japanese now?
I’m a 90s kid so I’m familiar with wings, turbos, swaps, ground effects, and giant exhaust pipes. This was done for style and drag racing.
So is “STANCE” and evolution of this or something new?
100K would be my hard limit; 3os for a daily driver.
I don’t understand what the big deal is.
A quick internet search will reveal that people are not prudish, just the veneer of polite society is, presumably to avoid upsetting the prudish.
It makes sense that show about an adult fantasy land full of human-like androids would have plenty of deviant sexual behavior. I…
Man, my LG G4 sucks; the camera was a big reason I purchased it too.
The only real difficult part about learning to drive a manual is going slow, stop and go traffic. Starting on a hill. Cruising at speed is pretty easy to learn / teach.
Personally, I leaned as an adult by simply buying a cheap manual.
But I’ll be interested to see how this works for you. Best of luck!
Reduction in pollution does not necessarily mean a reduction in CO2. Example: the Catalytic Converter takes harmful pollution (CO and HC) and turns it into CO2 and water, thus increasing CO2 while reducing pollution.
As for China, I believe they have a vested interest in the reduction of pollution, but not CO2. I don’t think they care because they are more interested in economic growth and feeding a billion people than they are with the sort of debates we’re having.
I appreciate your logic and I’m with you on ending subsidies for fossil fuels, then again I’d also eliminate subsidies for electric cars. There is nothing “free market” about cap and trade and the government transferring wealth from the “good” companies to the “bad”. I’m not exactly on board with that.
I also think…
We’ve all read that apparently 90-98% of all scientists believe in human-caused climate change.
I acknowledge that it’s a problem; I fall short of considering it a critical problem that needs to be addressed immediately.
Agree, I don’t deny the fact that the planet is getting warmer; I don’t deny the fact that human activity is a big part of it. However, I don’t believe the worst case scenarios or extreme scare tactics. Also there are other scientific based problems I’m more concerned about.
Even if I was on board with the “end of the…
As for that last motion shot of the Lamborghini, its also important to note that you can take this shot without over exposure by using a neutral density filter to block out some of the light.
The overexposure looks cool in this shot, but it’s always the right move.
I’ve taken this shoot even slower, around 1/60 @…
When it comes to transportation (not collector or “cool” cars), you’ll eventually find yourself putting more money into the car than the entire car is worth, at that point it’s time to move on.
Plus, sometimes its just easier to budget for a newer car than the random repair.
Especially if it’s your mode of…
This work environment isn’t that uncommon in large corporations. I played that game for many years. It paid well but I’m happier now making less. The only thing that strikes me as “untrue” about this article was the treatment of the sick. Even the most “evil” corp generally doesn’t mess around much with “disability or…
Agree! I’d love to see this thing in action. I imagine it being fast enough to run down and car, on 2 feet or running on all 4s. It looks like it could jump, swing, and maneuver around just about any obstacle at similar speeds. It looks like it could be stealthy too. With its human-like hands it looks like it could…
Thanks synthozoic. Ya that’s exactly what I like about it. Many designs are either more human, or more juggernaut. This one looks more intimidating imo.
Who’s android design is that in the picture? I’d like to see more, its very cool.
My first car, a 83 Ford Thunderbird and had the system.
It’s a great feature. I still miss being able to lock my keys in the car with the engine running when I run into the Kwik-E-Mart.
