I agree with you xlankex; and the author is full of annoying drama, but behind this SJW bull shit I do understand how absurd this bottled water thing is. I sure as hell don’t waste my money on it.

Even with the extra power I just don’t like how heavy many of these modern cars are. It changes the feeling you get while driving and not for the better IMO.

Take the total number of car true enthusiasts:

- Minus those who can only have one car and need something that can do it all.
- Minus those who love MORE POWRRR!!
- Minus those who can afford to spend over 30K on a car.
- Minus those who never buy new.

They are selling quite a few of these between the two companies; and sure sales are going to drop as it ages. It’s a cool little niche car; but “sports car enthusiasts who buy cars new” just isn’t that big of a niche.

I know what you mean about “big numbers”.
I’m not one of them though and I still cant see putting out that much money for this car compared to what I could get on the used car market.

I don’t get it either, the left is for passing. You pass then move back right.
In all fairness though; most of the US is pretty good at this. Some areas, like where I am, Chicago area IL, truly suck though.

The work truck looks to have intentionally sped up cut the Camaro off, then blocked the passing lane. The Camaro is just an idiot for trying to pass on the shoulder.
I’m glad the two a-holes crashed, the semi wasn’t doing anything wrong though.

Seriously; this isn’t a “joy ride”; its just a test drive; he didn’t beat the car or do anything reckless. This is hardly an outrage, much less a criminal matter.

I agree with what you’re saying; but I suspect that the true threat from AI is far more mundane.

310 HP I4 is amazing. It seems like yesterday a 5.7L V8 was producing that HP.I agree, the EcoBoost Mustang is an amazing thing; with the proper amount of power and decent looks. It actually kinda makes the V8 version kinda silly unless its going to be raced for real. That said; I will miss the sound of the Mustang

Ya that's the problem. Women are intimidated by sight of prettier women, therefore don't race cars. I'm sure this will fix everything.

Ya Stef; no one agrees with you.

I'm 38; I quickly forgave Ford, Pontiac, Corvette, Chevrolet, Dodge, and began looking at American cars again once they became lighter and faster sharper handling, better interiors and had muscle again.

The problem is that American prosperity is now associated with anything BUT American brands. They did it to themselves; what young man growing up in the 70s, 80s or 90s lusted after grandpa's Cadillac?
Even American mussel was shit for 3 decades; but at least those brands were salvageable because they had so little

I think your assessment is spot on.

I'd take the Miata due to the fact that the top comes down.
I agree though, it does need a bit more power.
How much could be added without ruining the car is hard to say.

I completely disagree with you politically, but that's another subject.

I'm no fan of the nuts; left or right.

The US currently accounts for about 16% of the world's CO2 emissions.

The economy just doesn't work like that; assuming there was a mechanism in place for the US to tell an oil company to take a big loss; and forces them not to raise prices they will either cash out (take their current wealth and leave); or re-incorporate somewhere that doesn't care about CO2; like China, Russia, or the
