Don't forget the tribe of Neanderthals and the robot cowboys!
Indeed! Class of '98
Good chance! Ridgewood?
There was a Blimpie in my NJ hometown, and at the time it was the only chain fast food store in town. As someone mentioned above the taste of their average sandwich was like a vinegar-soaked sponge. When I was a teen in the 90's you could smoke inside, so a lot of us would just sit around there after high school…
Next up: The wasteland Trump has left behind in Atlantic City, NJ!
Starring NBC favorites Woody Harrelson and Donald Glover!
Growing up I rented the X-Men NES game from my local video store all the time, mainly because on a typical Friday night when my family would rent movies for the weekend all the cool NES games were rented out, and the packaging was so appealing to a young comic book nerd like myself. When I got home it would take maybe…
Batman Forever is a weird one for me. I liked it at the time because it was more of a comic book movie, and Batman is more like he is in the comics, actually fighting like someone who knows martial arts and not like Frankenstein's monster. Not only that his villains aren't all slaughtered by the end of the movie,…
The music industry bigwigs are barking up the wrong tree, Donald Trump doesn't know what music is.
Haha yep that's the ferry!
I never saw a Yuengling until visiting friends going to Rutgers University in south NJ in the late 90s. I thought it had a weird name and tasted different than Budweiser, but that's about it.
Weirdly this made me think of how great an X-Factor TV show featuring Jamie Madrox as the main character would be.
He also married a Gremlin in Gremlins 2: The New Batch.
I misread this headline as them bringing back Daria for the first time and Beavis and Butthead for the second time, which would also be awesome.
Also, $6 Bud Lights? That's a bargain compared to Brooklyn prices! When I saw the NMH reunion at Prospect Park I think all the beer was $8 a pop.
With Eno it depends if you're looking for his stuff of his with vocals or without. "Another Green World" is a nice combination of the two.
That's what's so frustrating about AoS to me too. At times I forget this is even supposed to be the Marvel Cinematic Universe, much less an adaptation of the Marvel Comics Universe. Agents of SHIELD barely exists outside the universe created in the show, with the exception of Coulson and I guess Powers Boothe's…
He also went under the name 'Christopher Collins' and acted in a bunch of stuff like Road House, Seinfeld, Star Trek DS9 and TNG, and a couple of appearances on Married With Children right before he died. Just looked at his IMDB and his acting credits are all over the place.
I was really into the comics and that issue messed me up. Although the body count in the comics was way higher than the TV show it was never as high as it was in that issue as far as Joes go.
I saw it in the theater when I was 11 and thought it was completely awesome, as did pretty much everybody else among my friends and peers in my grade who managed to see it that summer. It's still really entertaining and sucks me in every time it's on TV to this day.
