Go get yourself some books on the subject (if you haven’t already). Seriously. Many ADHD kids have ADHD parents who recognize all the signs and have a sense of how to handle it, but it sounds like you are an NT parent with a ND kid. Which means it’s going to take a lot more reading and learning.

Silicone is actually a lot better IMO than muffin tins. They pop out a lot easier post-freezing. Harder to clean though.

I only discovered that booking your own excursions was a thing while I was actually on the trip. If I had to do it over, I’d have def. done that.
