Everyone has talked to them. The first dog they had, a little terrier/chihuahua, they just let run all over the place and put left over people food outside to feed it ... sometimes. In my city you cannot file a report unless you give them all your personal information (name, address, etc) and it must be correct. Then they give a copy of that to the neighbor saying you complained. Ya, that’s a great idea.

My mom used to watch this show and it was on when I came home from school. Since there were no VCRs back then I had to wait for a commercial to talk to her which led to ME watching the show (which I did for the next 25+ years).
