That whole “Ariel does it all for Eric” thing is complete bullshit. The original movie couldn’t be clearer that she’s been interested in humans for years before she ever knew he existed, and she even explicitly says that trip to his boat party is the first time she’s ever seen them up close. He just happens to be the

tl;dr for the idiots in the Board room: good single-player games sell, and sell well. Make more of ‘em.

After the miniseries, the only real take is Rory and Logan are good for each other because they’re both terrible.

While personally I hope this merger does not go through it’s a little strange to me why this merger has gotten so much scrutiny while others haven’t.

Sounds like it may be just about time to retract those farm subsidies.

Flu, schmoo. This is profiteering.

If this was a Gamestop, the manager would have been fired.

Aren’t like 40% of Kotaku articles “Someone said something bad on the internet”?

Blows my mind people thought Forspoken was some criminal offence to the Writing Gods when dialogue like Stranger of Paradise or half the things Leon says in RE4 exist.

I suppose not if you’re closely following an original series, but in terms of just having a bunch of stuff to watch when there’s nothing good on TV? Absolutely.

Same. I don’t set aside my weekends to binge watch whatever Netflix drops every week, so I know my viewing won’t be a factor for them. When I watch any Netflix original series, it’s with the assumption there won’t be a next season. If there’s something I was going to get around to watching and I find out it’s already

Equating waistlines below 40' to “thin people” is the craziest title I’ve read today.

Does it exclude half of the customers? The average 40 inch waistline refers to the adult population. One would have to think a high percentage of the people going on this ride are children. Making the seats bigger to accommodate larger adults would undoubtedly exclude some younger children who could ride it today.

Imagine if Nintendid what Nintendwont.

they don’t *deserve* to be excluded - like nobody deserves to be fat unless they’re fat but also killing cats or something - but perhaps not being able to ride certain amusement park rides doesn’t amount to an exclusion worth investing much concern in

As someone who deals with a lot of regulations and safety testing, something this article doesn’t point out is the importance of not just maximum size, but minimum size safety requirements. This ride engineer had to create a seat that would accommodate, not only larger adults, but also the ride’s main focus, younger

While I think they probably should have designed this to be more accommodating, but less than 40" waistline isn’t “thin”, at least for dudes.

Source: I’m around 38" and I’m a bit of a fat fuck.

Yeah, but user license agreements that are inside the game after you already paid for it, at best are contracts of adhesion to be construed against the drafter.  They shouldnt be enforceable because you werent alerted to them prior to purchase so they were bargained for and there was no consideration for those terms

Man, imagine if Nintendo just...did this themselves? Could save them a load of whack-a-mole legal stuff, and make a few million to boot!
